Chef
Executive Chef Jilali Bellekat joined the Westin Book Cadillac team in October 2019. Chef J looks after all culinary operations at The Westin Book Cadillac. He oversees the Boulevard Room, The Motor Bar, In Room Dining and catered affairs including weddings, corporate galas and meetings.
Chef Jilali Bellekat comes to us with extensive industry experience. He has worked as Sous Chef, Chef and Executive Chef at luxury properties all over the world from France, to the Maldives, to the United States. In Chef J's spare time, he likes to focus on health and fitness.
Prior to dedicating himself to overseeing all kitchen operations of the Westin Book Cadillac, Chef Bellekat served as Outlets and Restaurants Chef for the Washington Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, DC.
